Deposit
$600. One number, building-level.
Lease
12-month term. All bills paid in the advertised face rent.
Pets
Allowed under certain conditions. Ask before you assume a pet will be approved.

The half-off / spread special applies to the next 5 leases only. One path. No stacking. Face rent remains the listed number.
