   2.5× the face rent. Housing Choice Vouchers are screened on the tenant-paid portion, not the full contract rent.

   No security deposit.

3. Application and admin fee

   $199 application and admin fee special.

4. Pets

   Allowed under certain conditions. Ask before you assume a pet will be approved. Assistance animals are not pets. Reasonable accommodation requests are welcome.

5. Promo

   Half off your first month on a limited number of new leases. Ask us what's still available.

• All bills paid. Electricity, water, sewer, and trash are included in the face rent.
