3rd Coast Apartments is the long-term rental name for a handful of renovated 2-bedroom homes on the island. The legal entity is GLV 3 PACK LLC. Day-to-day leasing and operations are handled by Pacific Properties Management.

The tone is intentional: warm coastal, honest, affordable, renovated. We will not sell these homes as luxury product. Face rents stay on every page. All bills paid means electricity, water, sewer, and trash are inside that number.

How we screen

One standard across every building: income at 2.5× rent (Housing Choice Vouchers on the tenant portion), deposit $600, pets under certain conditions. Details live on the criteria page.
